Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the babu365 platform — including the casino game library, sports betting sportsbook, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, payment cashier, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered player or visitor) and babu365. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the babu365 platform and close your account if one has been created.

babu365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their babu365 account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the authoritative and controlling version in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience does not supersede the English original.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on babu365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. babu365 enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and will request government-issued identification to confirm your date of birth before approving any withdrawal or high-value deposit.
• Legal capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Single account: You have not previously held an account on babu365 that was suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
• Own identity: You are registering using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, using a fictitious identity, or providing falsified documentation is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of the account.
• Personal funds: You are depositing and wagering your own funds and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party. Money deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

babu365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being issued — may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to register or play at babu365. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing babu365 is lawful in your location before registering. babu365 makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one babu365 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, will be forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. babu365 may also request your National Identity Card (NID) number for players in Bangladesh as part of the KYC process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your babu365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. babu365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

1. Username: Your chosen username must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on any third-party trademark or intellectual property right. babu365 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.
2. Password security: You are required to choose a strong password consisting of at least eight characters including a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numerals, and symbols. You should change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3. Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile phone number current and accurate at all times. Important account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts are sent to your registered contact details.
4. KYC verification: babu365 conducts identity verification in accordance with standard KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport), a proof-of-address document, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may be restricted.
5. Account updates: You must promptly notify babu365 of any changes to your registered information by contacting support at support@babu365. Maintaining outdated or inaccurate account information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

babu365 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your babu365 account balance within 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket) and within 30 minutes for bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. babu365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. babu365 targets a one-hour processing window for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) once the request has been approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. Withdrawals to a payment method not registered in your own name will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount at babu365 is ৳500 via mobile wallet methods. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are displayed in the cashier and may vary by bank.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for increased limits. Contact support at support@babu365 for details.
• Pending withdrawal cancellation: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed, returning the funds to your playable balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
• Dormant accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Anti-money laundering: babu365 is obligated to comply with applicable AML standards. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review, request additional documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

babu365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual promotion and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonuses credited to your babu365 account are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If a bonus has not been fully wagered by the expiry date, any remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without prior notice. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms and is generally between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit.

• One bonus per household / IP address: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address. Players found to be circumventing this restriction will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: babu365 uses automated systems and manual review to identify and prevent bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, exploiting technical errors, and using automated betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Maximum bonus win cap: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings is ৳50,000 per bonus offer. Amounts above this cap will not be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• babu365's right to modify promotions: babu365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a genuine technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, babu365 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust any affected account balances accordingly.

Section 6

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on babu365 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; crash games from Spribe; and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by babu365 or any third party.

The babu365 sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, American Football, and additional markets. Betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed by the babu365 system, the odds are locked and will not be changed retroactively to the disadvantage of the player except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement window (typically 48 hours), or if a palpable error in the odds was made. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to your account balance.
• Palpable errors: If odds are published in error — for example, at a level significantly inconsistent with the true market price — babu365 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to affected players. This right is exercised only in genuine cases of manifest error, not as a mechanism to avoid paying legitimate winning bets.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout applies to all sportsbook bets. The current maximum payout per bet is ৳500,000 (BDT five hundred thousand). Bets placed in excess of this limit may be reduced at babu365's discretion.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other events. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between bet placement and acceptance while the system validates current event status. babu365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Game disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game session, the game state will be saved and restored upon reconnection wherever technically possible. If a session cannot be restored, your stake for an in-progress game round may be returned as credit at babu365's discretion. We recommend using a stable internet connection when playing at babu365.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are published in the game information panel within the babu365 game lobby. RTP figures reflect the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee specific outcomes during any individual session.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on babu365, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your use of babu365 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on babu365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulent payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial fraud targeting babu365 or its payment partners.
• Money laundering: Using babu365 in any manner designed to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. babu365 cooperates fully with law enforcement in any investigation related to suspected money laundering.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, team members, or event participants to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or betting markets in a manner that constitutes cheating or match-fixing.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, macros, or any other automated tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, claim bonuses, or interact with babu365's systems in a non-human manner without express written approval from babu365.
• Exploitation of system errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, pricing errors, or misconfigured game parameters. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed from the affected account balance.
• Underage gambling: Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access, use, or benefit from your babu365 account. Account holders are fully responsible for preventing minor access to their account credentials.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at babu365 support staff, other players, or third parties through any platform channel including live chat, email, or social media.

babu365 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors platform activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. babu365 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate outcomes to affected players at the registered email address.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your babu365 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@babu365. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from uncompleted bonus wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

babu365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

1. The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The identity information provided during registration is false, incomplete, or has not been verified to babu365's satisfaction.
3. The account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
4. A regulatory or legal requirement obligates babu365 to restrict the account.
5. The account holder has initiated an unjustified chargeback with their payment provider.
6. Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to babu365, its other players, or its payment partners.

In the event of a forced account closure for cause, babu365 may withhold remaining balances pending investigation and legal review. Where balances are legitimately owed to a player following a concluded investigation, they will be returned via the player's registered payment method within 30 days of the investigation's conclusion.
